About Me
- Liz's Lovelies
- I'm an artist, and have worked with different mediums. Paper, fibers, beads, and acrylics. Seven years ago, I got hooked on scrapbooking. Then from that did stamping and altered books. At present I'm creating hand painted greeting cards. I work with acrylics in painting the greeting cards. I was working at a scrap book store when I started scrapbooking. It was great because I saw the latest products when they came in. Altered Books I love because it really opens the door to my artistic abilities. In designing an altered book I work with paper, fibers, charms, beads, paints,fabric, and photos. I've made altered books with many themes. Such as gardening, faith, travel, milestone birthdays, life journeys, retirement. It is a labor of love on my part when I design the pages for a particular altered book.
